As you will be aware, significant changes have been made to the Inheritance Tax (IHT) system with effect from March 2006. This course is designed to concentrate on particular issues raised by the new IHT regime for Will drafters. This course is divided into five sections. Each section covers a specific issue or area that Will drafters and estate planners need to be aware of and understand.
