How do I see which Courses are available?
By clicking on the 'Catalogue' tab and selecting 'Show all courses' you will see the complete list of all available courses. You can also limit the number of courses displayed by selecting a more specific category from the list.
How do I find out more information on a course?
Once you have found a Course that you are interested in, simply click on the 'Read more about this course' link. This will take you to a page describing the course in detail and allowing you to sample a section from the course.
Can I try a course before I buy?
Absolutely! Each course has at least one sample section that you may try free of change. This will give you a great insight into the quality and subject matter of the specific course. To try the sample section for a specific course simply click on 'Read more about this course' to take you to the course description page where the sample section is clearly marked.
What is CPD value?
This is the number of hours or points allocated to a course which can be added towards the users cumulative annual total.
What is a course Rating?
On completing a course each user is asked to give it a rating from one to five. The course Rating that is displayed is the average of the individual user's ratings.
What is a featured Course?
This is a course which has been selected by the institute as one of special interest to their members or to promote a new course.
How do I create an Account?
Click on 'Log in' tab and under the heading 'Don't have an account?' click on 'Go ahead and create one!'. Once you have entered your email address, forename, surname, an email will be sent asking you to validate your details. Once you receive this email, simply follow the instructions to click on the included link. The system will acknowledge your verification and send you out a password by email. Your new account has been created!
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
To have a new password generated and emailed to you simply click on the 'Log in' tab and select 'Forgotten your password?'. Enter your email address and select 'Send me a new password'. Your new password has now been emailed to you.

If you are unhappy with the course you have purchased please email: emailsupport@orkell.co.uk providing the details of the course and why you are unhappy with it. Once your request has been verified by a member of staff you will be offered the choice of an alternate course of your choice or a full refund.
How do I cancel my account?
Rather than cancel your account, which will destroy your personal training records, by simply not accessing your account for a three month period will suspend the account. If you do want the account cancelled, with the deletion of your personal training records then please email emailsupport@orkell.co.uk with a request to cancel the account and that will activate the cancellation procedure. To verify the authenticity of the request we will contact you to verify your details. NB our staff ] will NEVER ask for your password!
