This course looks at the issues of conflict of interest and confidentiality in relation to court practitioners and comprises notes adapted from the Law Society of Scotland's practice guidelines. There are a number of problems for you to solve which are anonymised versions of real enquiries received by the Law Society’s Professional Practice Department in recent years.
